Course overview and goals
This course consists of practice of necessary physical exercise and understanding of the theory for physical fitness.
Course description and aims
Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules

Class 2 | Exercise under hot environment. | Practice of walking or Joging |
Class 3 | Correct posture and stretch | Practice of self-check and stretch |
Class 4 | Core stability | Practice of variaous exerceses |
Class 5 | Functional anatomy of upper limb, lower limb and trunk. How to train upper limb, lower limb and trunk muscles. | Resistance training squat / push up / sit up |
Class 6 | Biomechanical analysis of squat, push up, and sit up training. | Resistance training squat / push up / sit up |
Class 7 | Reaction time, cooperation of a reflective nerve, a balance of arm and hand of space recognition, concentration, the position and influence, a hand and an eye, rhythm and timing as well as coordination movement, such as, a wide skill trains. | Coordination training (Juggling/juggling by a soccer ball/ / juggle with a golf club) We will summarize the impressions after practice in about 400 characters and report. |
