Course overview and goals

【Exercise Training in Indoor and/or Outdoor】This course facilitates students' ability of sports-related basic skills, in order to actively participate in sports and to understand a role of sports activity for development of wellness and enjoy sports in safe.

Course description and aims

Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules

Class 5 "Muscle Exercise" Practice of Resistance Training
Class 6 "Muscle Exercise 2" Practice of Resistance training (squat etc)
Class 7 "Cordination Training" and Summary Practice of Cordination Trainings (juggling etc)
