Syllabus

Course overview and goals

In this course students will study about the Civil Procedure Law, Civil execution Law and civil justice system. This course corresponds to the credit "Civil Procedure Law" for entry of some official professional examinations.
The purpose of studying the Civil Procedure Law is to understand the Civil Justice System especialy court system. This course focuse on the legal logic and structure of court system. Through sturdying Civil Procedure, students can extend knowledge of Civil Law, ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) and so on.

Course description and aims

Based on the understanding of civil law, Study about the litigation on rights and legal relationships through theoretical analsys and case studies.

Based on lacturr's experience as a researcher at the software protection institution, students can practically understand justice system including international dispute resolution.

Class flow

Based on the kowledge of civil law, study about the civil procedure law theoretically and through case method. Picking some Japanese cases and discussing about the problem on the cases.Using Code book.
Students not accustomed to Japanese-Chinese characters will welcom.
(Slids will contain English term as possible. We will prepare Supplemental Material in English.)

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged preparing and reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
