Course overview and goals
Explain meanings of corporate finance and its task or problem. In order to increase corporate value, I will explain finance and finance related matters. For the improvement of corporate value, how to manage companies would be main target from the point of corporate finance.
I hope every student understands how interesting corporate finance is.
