Course overview and goals
Intellectual properties management lead to success of new business and competitive power reinforcement of an enterprise.
Therefore I lecture on the state of the management of intellectual properties management in the research and development and the commercialization.
I explain how to manage intellectual properties based on a case and discuss in development of new business and commercialization again in a strategy of research and development and execution.
Course description and aims
Intellectual properties in the commercialization which leads to innovation competitive power reinforcement of an enterprise.
The importance of putting intellectual properties and standardized embedded type management into effect strategically in decision of R&D strategy and business strategy and execution in particular is acquired.

The faculty member is familiar with intellectual property strategies through his work at the Patent Office and other offices. All part-time instructors are intellectual property experts.
