Course overview and goals

This course aims at learning principles and methods for basic experiments in biochemistry, which are required for conducting research in the laboratory.

Course description and aims

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Conduct basic biochemical experiments required for research in the laboratory.
2) Solve problems when in trouble with basic biochemical experiments.
3) Describe the aim, results, and discussion of biochemical experiments clearly.

Students start experiments after the guidance on the flow of the experiments in the first ~30 min in each class.
